HOW TO BUY TICKETS
Main Box Office
Purchase tickets for upcoming events during our regular business hours. We accept both cash and credit card payments, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Please note that we do not accept personal checks, bitcoin, crypto, or money orders. When using a credit card, be sure to have picture identification on hand, as you cannot use someone else's card.
All sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not available.

Theater Specific Box Offices
For events taking place in our theaters, the box offices will be open one and a half hours before the event starts.
Online Ticket Purchases
Tickets for upcoming events are also available for purchase online at Ticketmaster.com.

If you have hearing impairments, you can purchase tickets using the Ticketmaster TDD phone line at (800) 943-4327.
WILL CALL
Will Call is available at each venue's box office, opening one and a half hours before the event commences and closing 30 minutes after the event starts. To retrieve your tickets from Will Call, please ensure you have your photo identification and the credit card used for purchasing the tickets. Please note will call drop off is not permitted.
PARKING
The Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center has more than 4,000 parking spaces around the Center in three parking garages and one ground level parking lot. Rates may vary by event and are in effect seven days a week. Check with your event manager for current rates. The Terrace Theater Parking Garage is generally open for theater events and has 800 parking spaces. The Arena Parking Garage is open for conventions tradeshows and Arena events and has 1,460 spaces. The Promenade Parking Garage is open for conventions, tradeshows, special events, and has 350 spaces. The Main Parking Lot along Shoreline Drive has 1,500 spaces.
